To support our vision and growth path, we have a position opening for an Events Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Being in contact and developing relationships with different stakeholders

  • Sourcing suppliers, venues, event production tools

  • Taking full responsibility for concept development and events organisation; planning, managing and executing events

  • Event production preparations

  • Perform additional webinar and event-related activities as necessary

 

Requirements 

  • Degree in Event Management or any other relevant discipline, or possess cognate experience in event management
  • Brings passion, people skills, and precision
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility, and is extremely service-oriented
  • Has strong skills in organisational management, negotiation, decision-making and collaboration
  • Digital content – strong understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Creative Cloud, video editing and Hubspot is a big pre
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
