Overview
Phenix Capital is an Amsterdam-based investment consultant that catalyses institutional capital towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We support institutional investors to make impact investments through our Impact Database, Institutional Impact Events, Advisor, and Placement Services. Through Impact Database we provide a comprehensive and global universe of institutional impact investors.
To support our vision and growth path, we have a position opening for a Director Asset Management & Advisory to join our Team.
Responsibilities

Advise institutional asset owners such as European pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, banks and wealth managers on impact investment portfolios and solutions.

Set up and structure investment portfolios, dedicated mandates and funds for institutional investors

Develop assets under management and assets under advisory further

Strengthen operational and risk processes
Requirements
-
10+ years of experience in asset management or institutional investing. With at least 5 years of experience in advising institutional investor clients at the board level

Strong knowledge of investments, Impact and ESG integration

Proven commercial skills, team builder, self-starter

Commitment to serving society’s needs - ethical behaviour and a high level of personal integrity
