Launching the Phenix Impact Investing Academy – Empowering champions of impact!
Amsterdam, 11 August 2023 – Phenix Capital Group is launching the Impact Investing Academy, a series of executive educational courses focusing on the needs of institutional investors. The academy offers deep-dive sessions covering the most current topics in impact investing with practical tools, best-in-class case studies with the support of academic institutions and industry experts.
The Impact Investing Academy is curated by the experts from Phenix Capital Group, utilising the broad knowledge in impact investing aggregated since 2012. The Academy is designed for the decision-makers of institutional organisations based in the Benelux region, who are interested in expanding their knowledge and learning the best practices to integrate impact investing into their portfolio. Each course will offer concrete tools to institutional investors, to tackle their current challenges whether they are beginners or advanced impact allocators.
After years of closely collaborating with impact investors and fund managers globally, we created the Impact Investing Academy to give back to the community and to help institutional investors to become active impact investors.

The first course will focus on impact investing foundations for institutional investors. The goal is for investors to walk away with a roadmap for discovery, a clear understanding of how to invest with their values, and how to achieve financial and societal goals. The second course will help investors to go from theory to implementation of impact measurements, tools & frameworks. The third course will focus on impact investing innovation.
Enrolment for the first course has opened, with the first module to be hosted at The Edge building on Wednesday 27 September 2023.
At the end of each course, a certificate of completion is issued to participants upon successfully participating and applying knowledge within the workshop environment.
CFA Institute members will be able to claim the Professional Learning (PL) credits earned from external sources.
